Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

We currently offer shipping on most items. We are unable to ship large furniture pieces or large breakable/fragile pieces at this time. Shipping is available to the continental United States. Items that are eligible for shipping will be shipped within 10 business days of your completed purchase.

*Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items or orders that are over-sized and/or overweight. In this case, you will receive an email and invoice for the additional shipping costs. Your order will ship once this invoice has been paid. Haven Interiors reserves the right to cancel an order if this invoice is not paid within 3 days of being sent.

Returns

In-Store Purchases

Haven Interiors offers EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT within 10 days of purchase date on items in NEW, UNHARMED CONDITION.

Sale Items

All sale items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return. 

Furniture Items

All furniture items and rugs are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return. 

Online Purchases

Haven Interiors offers STORE CREDIT within 10 days of package delivery on items in NEW, UNHARMED CONDITION. Due to the breakable nature of our items and the risk that occurs in return transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to package the item appropriately to prevent damage in return transit. NO exchange will be offered for items returned to our shop in broken, harmed condition. We do not offer return shipping labels. Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All sale items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return. 

Defective or Incorrect Item

If your order or anything in it has arrived defective as a result of something we missed prior to it departing our shop, or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us at shoppehaveninteriors@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s), box, and the packaging. We will happy to assist you in resolving the issue!

Lost or Damaged Parcels, Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Sorry! We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by USPS, Fedex or UPS during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer. NO refund will be offered and customer is responsible for the additional shipping expense to re-ship your order to the correct address OR the customer can choose to forfeit/retrieve the items shipped to the wrong address.
